No Man’s Sky

Despite the fact that the developer promised a world of ‘infinite world and possibilities’ which wasn’t really true. The audio aspect was something of which I really was impressed. The audio in the game is a combination of pre-made assets and (mostly) procedural audio. You also hear alot of organic aswell as anorganic sounds. It also includes plain rock music and electronic music. The ambient sounds which differ really for each world are everytime different but always very well balanced. It is very fun exploring the sonic properties of each world in the galaxy. I haven’t found a game yet that implements procedural audio so well.
