This was one of the best games of its time and the music and sound effects greatly contributed to that. The soundtrack was beautiful and diverse, with a mix of orchestral and eastern instruments and an electronic drive to it, which fitted the (sometimes insanely difficult) hack&slash action and made you want to go on and become better. The sound effects were also good, with a lot of variety in slashes.
