Special items have sounds/music too (like you can see with the book) this is nice because you actually hear youre onto something, I like this in games if it's done well. There are a lot of sound puzzles in the game too they are also done very well.

Description: This is an example of how nicely composed the music in World of Warcraft is. The people behind the music did a great job.

At some continents in World of Warcraft I just get goosebumps from the music that is playing, in each continent the music is different. It perfectly fits the environment where you are walking trough and the feeling that you get.

The way the music changes is also a good point, if you are riding/walking/flying trough one continent to the other, (which is different) you can hear the music change to something else that fits that specific environment.

(Example: Ghostly town – creepy soundtrack).

Description: The music has been made with very natural sounds which suits the game. Besides that, it's a very soothing theme for a level which was very hard and frustrating back in those days

Game Title: Myst III: Exile

Description: The story in Myst is very important. In this part of the walkthrough you just learned that you have been trapped in some puzzle world. For me this was the first Myst game I played, and I was quite young then. I remembered that the puzzles where quite hard, and that the music gave me the shivers some times. (Also because I thought this escaped weirdo could be around any corner). The audio is brilliantly. There is not very much music, but the little music and the sound effect are really pulling you into this world, and strongly increase your experience.

Description: This is beautiful in my opinion. Because in this end battle the main themes of all the metalgears solid games come forward. It start with a powerful theme that raises to a climax. After this climax the music turns into drama when the 2 fighter strike each other with their last energy.

Description: I like a lot of things about this game in therms of gamesound, but for now i want to share the ingame music and interface sounds.

I like it, because the soundtrack sounds really "Spacy" and the interface sounds don't disturb that.

Description: It's a beautifull song empathizing the end lighthouse of the first part of the series. You really get the feeling all the work you put into the game is about to pay of and you feel like you can do anything!

Also, the voice acting isn't annoying in this game, even in dutch I was totally amazed (and thats new, because I hate dutch in games/music etc. =o!). All in all it's picture perfect to me.

Description: The music in the game is not only used as a background, it also reflects how good you play. The game has a "groove meter" which fills up as you score more points and the music will get richer and more colorful. It starts with a simple beat and bass line, but when the groove meter fills up, you will hear more instruments play. If you fall down, the music stops, and it goes back to the beat and bass line. The music is composed by Junkie XL, and most tracks are very catchy and fun.
